CUT OFF TIME
BWIE ships once a week and the cut-off time for all the items to reach
the warehouse is every Wednesday before noon.
CONSOLIDATION
We can hold your shipment in Miami for 30 days, without charges, to
consolidate all your items and ship them all at the same time. This helps
you avoid multiple freight charges. Once the 30 days is passed,
charges will be incurred for each day over the 30 day limit.
PAYMENT
All charges, including shipping costs, will be billed one time
immediately after clearance. Payment is on or before delivery.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
•
Provide proper invoices. As a customs requirement, invoices
should indicate the value of the goods to be imported; Inland
Freight Costs should also be reflected on the invoices regardless
of origin (e.g. FOB Miami).

No handwritten notations on the invoice(s) please.
•
The invoices should come with the goods to facilitate immediate
loading in our containers at BWIE.
•
Please also send us a copy of the invoices via email or fax at
Miracle Brokers.
Packing
1.
A date and time for an on site survey will be agreed upon.
2.
Miracle Brokers will conduct an “walk through” of your home or
office in order to determine the amount of items that need
packing.
3.
We will then estimate how many boxes and packing material you
will need. (Please note that if Miracle Brokers conducts the
estimate, any extra material left over will be reimbursed)
4.
Items can be brought to Miracle Brokers to be packed or
Miracle’s staff will be sent to your current location to conduct
packing service.
5.
Payment is due upon completion of packing.
Moving Overseas
1.
If you would like to have Miracle Brokers pack your items
first, skip to step 1 of PACKING.
2.
You will be asked to provide your current and destination
address.
3.
A date and time for an on site survey will be agreed upon.
4.
Miracle Brokers will conduct an “walk through” of your
home or office in order to determine the amount of items
being moved.
5.
Miracle Brokers will then provide you with a quote.
6.
You will then produce a packing list of items being shipped.
(Please give as many details as possible)
7.
You will then fill out and return the destination country’s
customs form. Click on the countries’ names provided to
obtain a form from Canada, United Kingdom and United
States. For any other countries not listed here, please
contact Miracle Brokers to obtain a copy.
8.
A copy of your passport and/or work permit or residency
documents must be submitted for the destination country.
9.
Payment will be due upon completion of move.
Moving Locally
1.
Same as Step 1 - 5 for Moving Overseas.
2.
You will then agree upon a date and time for pick-up and
delivery.
3.
For inquiries on furniture assembly or office set-up contact

4.
Payment will be due upon completion of move.
